After Day 5, the group splits: - **Main group (Core):** transfers back to Lisbon Airport on Day 6 - **Ultra group:** continues for 2 additional nights — the full Ironman Cascais bike route to Lisbon (Day 6) and a Guincho beach run plus a dedicated T1 & T2 transition session (Day 7)
